| We arrived home from the Cheshire/Lincoln trip at 2AM on the same day as our puppy show. This turned out to be another successful event for team Langaller. The pups from 2009 were both dogs hounds called Winner and Wingstone and these two stood 1st and 2nd! Wingstone then stood reserve Champion. Best working dog hound was then won by Barry. Those of you who recieve our annual news letter may remember that Barry came to us late in the year un-named. He had to have a name that began with BA.........so Barry. When it was announced that I had walked the winning working dog hound 'Barrister' I smiled at the friends around me and said that I didn't remember ever walking a pup named Barrister. Then it dawned on me that when Barry went back into kennels just 2 weeks before last years show Ian refused to have a hound called Barry and so he became Barrister. either way another successful show. |
