| I admit that Wincanton is not my favourite show but it does offer in hand Hack and Riding Horse classes and so we set forth with 'team Ellis' and my Riding Horse mare and foal. Penny was pulled top of the Broodmares before being dropped to second to Anne Basset's lovely young mare. Penny's foal was also 2nd to Anne's foal by No Submission. Jane's Hacks Delta Tango and Evening Chorus stood 1st and 2nd in their class. Jane's Trenavey Consent is back on form and won her Riding Horse class and stood Champion. All a bit of a rush with 5 horses in consecutive classes but a good result all round. |
