 Disaster! Euphoria had been kicked in the field and although has no permanant damage she was unable to attend. Wendy took Woodlander Firefly in the small hacks and won her class and the Ridden Hack Championship and her ticket to R.I.H.S! A first for Langaller. Hovis stood 4th in his 3 year old class, a bit hard done by I think. Penny excelled herself by winning the Riding Horse Broodmare class and the Overall Riding Horse Breeding Championship. Her foal duly won her class too. The hack mare and foal won both of their classes on the Friday. Sadly Stephen didn't come to Cornwall as we are busy with stud work too and so I deputised on the 2 year old hack filly. I fluffed her show and although we stood second I feel we just might have won the class. Fran Jordan's filly also by Daws Firebird won the class and stood Champion led hack. A very good show for us; 2 Championships. |
